When: November 5-8, 2015
Where: Spencer Leadership Centre, London, Canada
The PhD Sustainability Academy, co-hosted by the Ivey Business School and Alliance for Research on Corporate Sustainability (ARCS), convenes 15 promising PhD students and 6 senior researchers. Each student receives intensive feedback on their research project. The participants and faculty members represent a range of management disciplines and methodologies. This Academy represents one of the foremost learning and networking events for students researching social and environmental issues.
"The Academy provided me with an intellectually stimulating and emotionally supportive environment where I could share my own research with so many peers, receive very constructive and helpful feedback, and learn much from the work of other participants. I now feel I am a part of a broader community with whom I can exchange ideas, and continue to learn and grow as a sustainability scholar." - 2014 PhD Academy participant
For additional details on the experience, read this blog entry written by Horacio Rousseau, a 2014 PhD Academy participant, available on the ARCS website.
