The effect of supply chain justice on suppliers' sustainability performance

The purpose of our research is to explore the linkages between the characteristics of supplier-buyer relationships and the sustainability efforts of the supplier. We use concepts developed in the field of organizational justice to derive several propositions on the link between a fair and just treatment of the supplier and its commitment towards good environmental, social, and economic conduct.
