I grew up on a cattle ranch in Tillsonburg, Ontario. When I was 10 years old, we installed an ALUS Canada habitat restoration project, which first introduced me to sustainability and quickly became my area of expertise. I learned the importance of long-term thinking and committing to causes outside the scope of normal business operations. The more I learned about the impact I could have as an individual and on a larger scale, the stronger my commitment to the cause of sustainability became. I have since made it my mission to use my expertise to advance that cause.
