Born and raised in beautiful British Columbia, I developed an appreciation for both the natural scenery as well as the cultural landscape cityscape of downtown Vancouver. Couple of years later, my family moved to Qingdao, China to accommodate my dad’s work, and I had the privilege to pursue a global education at the International School of Qingdao (ISQ). The school consisted of students from over 26 countries all around the world, and the upbringing in such a multicultural community fundamentally shifted my worldview. Coming back to Canada, I was able to bring this experience back with me, and I continue to explore the world around me through a multitude of perspectives.
