Pe’er is pursuing an Honours Specialization in International Relations at Western University. She believes sustainability is not just a trend, but a fundamental cornerstone for the success of any modern business. She is excited to contribute to research that emphasizes this reality. Pe’er’s current research focuses on the integration of Indigenous perspectives in ESG frameworks. Previously, Pe’er worked on a project that considered the intersection of accounting and the circular economy. Pe’er is also a proud Alumni of the Ivey Women in Asset Management program, and her passion for sustainable business stems from the summer she spent as an ESG Intern at RBC Global Asset Management as part of the program.
