She has a foundation in Management Consulting, shaping and executing corporate strategies, implementing strategic and business planning processes, managing and leading business transformations and complex strategic initiatives involving multiple business functions for real estate, retail, professional services and the financial services industries. With over 20 years of experience, she has a strong track record of achieving results contributing to the performance, profitability and effectiveness of organizations across industries.

Anushka holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, Western University and an Honours Applied Studies Co-op degree from the University of Waterloo.
