A brief description of your company will help students understand who you are and what you do. Be sure to highlight key aspects of company culture to demonstrate your unique work environment.
Ivey candidates don't apply for jobs – they apply for careers! Focus on the top 3-5 necessary skills and attributes needed to be successful and outline potential career progression. Tell students why they want to work for you by highlighting how they can contribute to and impact the organization with the role and identify required skills and qualifications, such as education and technical capabilities.
Be sure to give students enough time to review your posting, research your company and put together their application materials.
Indicate all the materials required to assess candidate quality. Typically, most candidates will submit a cover letter and resumé, but if you need transcripts, a writing sample, or a case analysis, that should be specified in the posting.
You can have students apply directly through your website, to an email address or have them upload their application to our Career portal – we'll send you a PDF bundle after your submission deadline.
