Haishan is an International Business PhD student at the Ivey Business School. His research interests are in the areas of international business, strategy, and innovation. He has strong interests in the institutional-based view, digital economy, and emerging markets. He is enthusiastic about understanding how external factors (e.g., institutional and cultural differences, policy and regulations, and market competition) moderate the relationship between digital firms’ strategies and their performance metrics.
