Their research is primarily concerned with Identity-Based Entrepreneurship and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion for entrepreneurs with marginalized gender identities. B.’s academic background stems heavily from literary, feminist, and gender theory; they hope to explore Entrepreneurship from this lens.
