“Through my previous experience as a woman in leadership positions in corporate America, I’ve come to realize the importance of a support network. I also learned the importance of advocacy for women in my workplace. I’m excited to bring my learnings from the workplace to Ivey as a Lean In Scholar. Ivey has been an amazing, inclusive, and supportive place to study and I want to ensure that the supports women need to be successful are available and accessible.”
