Digital disruption is affecting every industry and food service is not immune. To kick-off the winter semester, HBA1s participated in the 8th annual Deloitte Innovation Forum, which gives students an opportunity to explore a business idea in a creative way, both in terms of the solution and the interactive presentation.
This year’s challenge was to help Tim Hortons become the leading disruptor/innovator in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry using digital solutions and innovations. The annual event is sponsored by Deloitte and is one of the many events featured in Ivey’s Learning Through Action course.
Congratulations to all HBA1s on successfully completing the Deloitte Innovation Forum and thank you to Deloitte for its continued support of this event.
