Today, the Ivey Business School launched its new MSc in Digital Management stream. The program is designed for students who have completed their undergraduate degree within the last two years, and will enable them to bridge the gap between technology and business.
The MSc in Digital Management begins September 2020. The stream combines entrepreneurial thinking and business capability to develop students’ foundational business and technological skills. The 16-month program blends online learning components with classroom case discussions to create a truly transformational experience.
“This unique program has been designed after extensive consultation with the industry,” says J.D. Clarke, Executive Director, Masters Programs, Recruitment and Admissions. “The new Digital Management stream will expose students to innovation techniques aimed at driving business transformation and new venture creation.”
Along with earning digital badges in creative design and software, programming, systems development and design, and business applications, the program will feature extensive experiential learning opportunities such as the Ivey Digital Innovation Lab and the Venturing Field Project.
Students will come out of their experience understanding how digitization introduces new business opportunities and challenges, and will gain the knowledge and confidence to lead in the age of digital disruption.
Digital Management is the third stream of the Ivey MSc Program, joining International Business and Business Analytics
