How can we ensure that disruptive technologies, like electric vehicles, robotic financial advisors and artificial intelligence applications in health care, have a positive impact on Canadians? That was the topic of discussion for 150 cross-sectoral business, government and non-profit leaders at Ivey’s Canadian Business Frontiers event on November 9 in Toronto.
The event convened more than 20 influential speakers from Canada’s energy, health care, data and finance sectors. Attendees heard about the state of technology in each field, resulting in a cross-sector learning experience. Then, the group broke into sector-specific discussions on how to shape the future of technology in their industry.
