Assistant Professor Mike Moffatt looks at ways the federal government could adjust its infrastructure spending plans to boost economic growth in the short term.
Speaking to the Investment Executive, Moffatt also suggests we're going to see a change in the deficit.
"[Today]," Moffat adds, "the situation is a little bit different. The economic weakness is concentrated in certain pockets. We're almost certainly going to get a deficit that's larger than $10 billion."
