Business growth and success should not halt a company’s innovation. As a way to encourage innovation and get employees to think like entrepreneurs, Profit Guide suggested four methods for businesses to promote “intrapreneurship” among staff.
Associate Professor Rob Mitchell provided insights on one of the four approaches, recommending that we change the way we think about failure.
“In order to innovate, companies need to recognize the possibility of failure and recast it as learning, changing the collective mentality of how they view failure,” said Mitchell.
