Industries around the world are going through structural changes in an attempt to realign with new artificial intelligence (AI)-industrial futures. For many, technological advancement means progress and increased productivity. But the current rate of change is quickly exceeding our ability to adapt. The result will no longer be disruption, but instead mass dislocation and discontinuity.
The scale and scope of these structural changes have no historical precedent. They are dislocating almost every industry in every geography and transforming entire systems of production, management, and governance. Every aspect of your business is about to change.
With the merger of humanity and AI, many company leaders aren’t sure what to expect from AI or how it will impact their business model. Yet with change coming at breakneck speed, the time to identify your company’s AI strategy is now.
For the Donald L. Triggs Lecture in International Business, Idris Mootee, CEO and co-founder of Idea Couture, a global strategic innovation firm, will discuss the opportunities for business in our AI future.
