Yes, if you’re undergraduate degree was taught in an English, or you have worked in an English speaking environment for a minimum of two years, you may apply for an English proficiency waiver.
Applicants must have graduated within two years of the program start date to be considered eligible for admission to the International Business, CEMS or Digital Management Streams.

No, Ivey does not accept transfer credits towards any Masters level program.

If you have already taken the GMAT, a competitive score of >600 will be ideal.
Yes, Ivey accepts both the GMAT and the GRE.
