Why did you decide to do an MBA?

I am doing an MBA as it provides me the opportunity to grow professionally, personally and academically. Having the chance to work with people from different cultures in such a prestigious university that teaches leadership with a unique case-methodology is something that I couldn´t miss out.

What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?

The most important aspect of any job, project or company is the meaningful connections people build in the process of achieving a common goal. Every great leader has a great team behind. At Ivey I learned to establish incredible connections with people from different cultures and backgrounds, using our critical thinking to solve real life cases.
