I decided to pursue an MBA to expand my skill set and complement my technical engineering competencies with the business acumen necessary for more strategic roles.
What's been the most surprising aspect of the Ivey MBA journey to date?
The most surprising aspect for me is how quickly I have become conversant in business dynamics and strategy. The case method learning plays a big part in this; by doing 7-8 cases every week, it forces you to adopt a structured approach to learning.
