Why did you decide to do an MBA?

I am pursuing an MBA to enhance my strategic vision and leadership capabilities, which are crucial for leading large teams in the future. Through my research, I have identified that an MBA is the most effective way to rapidly acquire the necessary skills and tools for making sound decisions. Additionally, an MBA will expose me to various industries, broadening my perspective and offering valuable networking opportunities.

What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?

The most significant thing I've learned at Ivey is the power of effective communication and collaboration. Through numerous group projects and case studies, I've honed my ability to clearly articulate ideas, actively listen, and work cohesively with diverse teams. This experience has not only improved my interpersonal skills but has also taught me the importance of empathy and adaptability in achieving collective goals.

What's been the most surprising aspect of the Ivey MBA journey to date?

The most surprising aspect of my Ivey MBA journey has been the incredible sense of community and support among students and faculty. Everyone is genuinely friendly and approachable, always willing to offer help or share insights. This collaborative environment has made the rigorous academic experience much more enjoyable and enriching, fostering strong relationships and a true sense of camaraderie.
