Why did you decide to do an MBA?
It was not an easy decision to pursue an MBA given my non-traditional nursing background, but I was ready for both personal and professional growth. I knew that an MBA would push me outside of my comfort zone and equip me with transferable skills to achieve my goals, regardless of my career background.
What is the most significant thing you've leaned at Ivey?
It’s not about how smart you are, who knows the most, or even who is right. It’s about teamwork and understanding the need to move forward together as a team!
