Upon relocating to Canada, I recognized an opportunity for a career transition. With a strong foundation in environmental sciences and extensive experience in retail banking, I have long envisioned a future in the sustainability sector. After thorough research, I determined that pursuing an MBA would be the most effective pathway to achieve my professional aspirations.

The most surprising aspect of my Ivey MBA journey to date has been the depth of learning derived from the case-based teaching method. I continue to be amazed by the insights gained from reading, analyzing, and discussing cases in class. The opportunity to learn from the diverse experiences of my peers is particularly enriching. This method has not only transformed my way of thinking but also prepared me to become a dynamic manager with a comprehensive, big-picture perspective.
