Why did you decide to do an MBA?

After several years in the engineering consulting industry, focusing on energy efficiency and greenhouse gas emission reduction projects, I realized my desire to make a larger impact by leading change. I decided that pursuing an MBA would be the best way to further develop my leadership skills, enhance my business acumen, and expand my professional network.

What's been the most surprising aspect of the Ivey MBA journey to date?

The most surprising aspect of my Ivey MBA journey so far has been the exceptional level of support from both my cohort and the broader Ivey Network. While I anticipated a good level of support, what I've experienced has far exceeded my expectations. Regardless of how busy they are, people consistently make time to help with any questions, whether they relate to class material, recruiting, or other concerns
