Why did you decide to do an MBA?
Coming out of undergrad, I was unsure of what I wanted to do. After working for a while, I discovered many firms offer rotational programs which would be the perfect opportunity to explore a variety of roles to find something of interest. Most of the rotational programs requires you to be in an MBA program in order to apply. Therefore, in the hopes of being able to find and start a career I am passionate about, doing an MBA was the next step in that journey.
What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?
The most significant thing I have learned at Ivey is just how much diversity there is. This became evident during classes and hearing the comments and insights from my classmates. It really challenges the way you think because some of the comments are things I would never have thought of. It's so eye-opening to hear and be surrounded by all of these different perspectives.
