Scholarship decisions are never solely based on one factor. The Admissions Committee holistically reviews the overall merit of the profile when deciding on both offer and a scholarship decision. Having a 700 GMAT does not mean you will automatically receive a high scholarship.
MBA Programs have different standards and use alternate methods for candidate assessment including the value of the scholarship awarded. While we don’t automatically match another school’s scholarship extended to an applicant, it is only in the applicant’s best interest to share this information with their recruiting advisor.
The scholarship is deducted from the first tuition instalment and is visible on the Western student account in June. Upon notification of an offer and scholarship, the applicant will be provided a PDF of the award letter.
