Romel Mostafa is a faculty member of Business Economics and Public Policy at Ivey Business School. His primary research focuses on economic growth, industrial development and technological change. His research has been published in leading management and policy journals and featured in media outlets such as CNN, Chicago Tribune and The New York Times. As the Director of Ivey’s Lawrence National Centre for Policy & Management, Romel spearheads the Centre’s research, outreach and teaching initiatives. He obtained his PhD and MSc from Carnegie Mellon University, and BA from Lawrence University.
