In over twenty years of consulting, Tony has completed two hundred consulting initiatives - providing strategic and implementation guidance for a wide variety of industries and sectors, (eg retail, food, manufacturing, technology, NFP) with clients from private to global companies.
He has client relationships spanning many years, working with senior leaders to understand challenges, develop and lead initiatives in structure, compensation, performance, strategy, process and organizational transformation.
Tony has served on the Board of the Toronto Human Resources Professionals and the York Region Chapter, chaired a provincial committee and served on the Toronto Board of Trade Policy committee. He adjudicated a Queens University IRC/HR Reporter award and chairs two CHRO Forums. He presents at industry forums and teaches compensation at the University of Toronto.
