Rachel Cohen is a former management consultant turned marketing executive with a career spanning over 15 years. She has expertise activating at all levels of the marketing funnel and in brand, product and growth marketing. Rachel has experience in CPG, direct to consumer tech and most recently in the Fintech space. She is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Bloom Finance offering Canadians over the age of 55+ innovative solutions to living these years worry-free and responsibly.
While at Peloton Interactive, Rachel was employee #2 in bringing the brand into the Canadian marketplace. She was responsible for the entire P&L and ultimately, for growing the company’s subscriber base. She successfully did this with a relentless focus on the e-commerce and retail channels. Her success in the Canadian market progressed her into the role of Global Director of Product Marketing.
After success in the D2C space, Rachel was tapped to lead a Series A fintech company to scale. Since joining Bloom Finance as CMO, Rachel has led the organization to adding over $200 million to its loan origination book.
Rachel has found success and personal growth in helping to solve complex problems and grow companies from 10 to 100. When not at work, she is a Mom of three young children and has recently returned from two years living abroad in Costa Rica. Rachel volunteers with Sick Kids Hospital in the Tech for Sick Kids arm, and freelances as an investor consultant in the health and wellness space.
