What has one highlight of your Ivey Experience been so far?
The highlight of my experience in the HBA program has been the people: both the world-class professors and the incredibly talented students. You are constantly surrounded by friends who give you great perspective and inspire you to be a better person and business professional.
What advice do you have for incoming HBA students?
Ivey is a school built on a foundation of student diversity. Take advantage of the amazing community, meet as many students as you can and get involved in the school's incredible clubs and student events!
How has Ivey’s Career Management set you up for success?
Ivey's Career Management (CM) group has been awarded internationally for its innovative model. The best part about the team is the breadth of companies they bring to Ivey. During the program, I was introduced to industries and companies I had never been exposed to before. The Ivey CM team helped broaden my career interests and the industries I want to work in.
What was it like coming into the Ivey classroom environment?
My first day in the Ivey classroom was one of my favourite university experiences. When you look around the room, you know that you are surrounded by some of the most intelligent students, who also excel in areas such as athletics, arts and other extra-curriculars. The Ivey classroom environment pushes your critical thinking and helps develop your business insights.
