Yuqian Chang is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Ivey Business School, Western University. As an empirical researcher, she is interested in applying various methods, including machine learning, econometrics, and experiments, to address marketing questions. Her current work focuses on unstructured data for consumer insights, and emerging technology applications (e.g., AI) in the marketplace. Yuqian obtained her Ph.D. in Marketing from Rutgers University.
