Paula Puddy teaches Business Law at the Ivey Business School for the MBA program.
Paula graduated with an Honors Business Administration degree from Ivey (formerly known as the Western Business School), and subsequently, a law degree from Western University. She articled in London, Ontario at a large litigation firm, was called to the Ontario bar, and worked as a lawyer for several years.
Paula returned to school for a Master in Business Administration at the Ivey Business School graduating with honours. After graduation, she taught pre-business to Western University students. In the early 2000’s, she began her entrepreneurial adventure.
Since then, she started several businesses, a partnership, and has been part of other ventures most of which are in the educational sphere. These businesses include teaching, training, coaching, consulting, educational event planning, and on-line continuing professional development. She has taught lawyers, engineering candidates, dentists, chiropractors, and the general public, primarily in Ontario, over the years.
Paula remains a lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario although she no longer practices law.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children travelling, playing sports and shuttling them to their activities. She also volunteers for the Children’s Health Foundation with her daughter, who is an ambassador for that organization.
