Di Yang is an Assistant Professor in Managerial Accounting and Control at the Ivey Business School. She obtained her Ph.D. in Accounting from Georgia Institute of Technology. Her research examines the impacts of economic and psychological factors on employees’ motivation and decisions in different organizational contexts, with a focus on how management control systems influence collaboration in team settings. Prior to joining Ivey, Di was a Senior Lecturer (Assistant Professor equivalent in Australia) at the University of New South Wales.
