Chloe is an Organizational Behaviour PhD student at the Ivey Business School. After 7 years of working at EssilorLuxottica, she decided to return to Ivey to pursue research on neurodiversity in the workplace. She is hoping to materially contribute to the creation of organizational best practices on the topic that will support more innovative, productive teams and organizations.
