Purpose and Impact

Sales Reframed: Influence in Action helps leaders turn good ideas into decisive action. Many executives and senior managers find themselves in high-stakes conversations—with clients, partners, boards, or cross-functional teams—without the tools or confidence to consistently win support. This program gives you a research-backed, repeatable influence process you can apply immediately to secure buy-in, navigate resistance, and create lasting momentum for your priorities.

You’ll walk away with the mindset and skills to lead more effectively, represent your organization with authority, and deliver results faster, without relying on “sales” tactics that don’t fit your style.

Participant Profile

This program is designed for leaders and senior professionals who need to influence outcomes but don’t consider themselves “salespeople.” Ideal participants include:

  • Executives, directors, and senior managers with P&L or revenue accountability.
  • Functional leaders in operations, finance, product, marketing, HR, or partnerships who engage with clients, partners, investors, or boards.
  • Entrepreneurs and business owners representing their organizations in market-facing situations.
  • Technical and subject-matter experts transitioning into roles requiring greater stakeholder alignment and external influence.

You’ll benefit most if you regularly find yourself:

  • Leading change initiatives that need cross-functional support.
  • Representing your organization in high-stakes client, partner, or investor conversations.
  • Driving adoption of new processes, technologies, or business models.
