Ivey attracts talented faculty and staff from all over the globe
As well as students from diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds. This brings a distinct flavour to the Ivey Executive MBA classroom, enhancing the student experience and success year-over-year.
“In considering business schools, I sought a progressive culture with a relatable curriculum where I could connect with my course content in a way I could not during my undergrad. Ivey’s Case Method Learning drew me to the program and was transformative. Classroom discussions create a challenging but inclusive environment. The opportunity to discuss and consider the perspectives of professionals across different backgrounds, experience levels, and industries is not something I would have had access to outside the classroom.”
Jagroop Gill, EMBA '21
Director of Customer Success, Dataiku
“Interacting with the wide cross-section of expertise, industries, and age groups gave me perspectives that I could not have gained alone. I got to talk to, and work with, people at various levels in different organizations which now helps me better understand the connection between management decisions, and vision.”
Doug Pereira, EMBA '19
Operations Management Lead, Thermogenics
“I’ve shared some of my perspectives and experiences around mining development; I come from such a different part of the world and it takes context to understand my story. We learn from each other. The combination of your classmates, your learning team, and the professors provides a unique learning experience.”
