Pamela Schott is a seasoned leader who is passionate about developing and mentoring teams – both in her role at BMO and in her volunteer activities within her community. Pam believes that we can significantly transform organizations and communities, achieve sustainable operational excellence, and make a real impact by leveraging diverse strengths and empowering people.
At BMO, Pam leads Procurement Integration where she is focused on the recent US$16.3 Billion acquisition of Bank of the West. In addition to that, she is responsible for employee engagement, change management, and communications, which are all areas that are integral to employee experience and growth. Her background also spans across all aspects of Procurement, Operational Excellence, M&A, Business Transformation, Third Party Risk Management, Governance, Sales, Relationship Management, and General Management – primarily within the financial services industry.
Pam is honoured to serve on the Board of many purposeful organizations such as Victim Services Toronto and the Ivey Alumni Network – Ivey Business School, Western University. She was previously on the Board of Habitat for Humanity Toronto and an Advisor for Ability Gives. Giving back to the community is a key aspect of Pam’s life – and she is glad to be of service.
