Nondini Chakrabarti

Nondini is a Committee Member on the Governance & Recognition Committee, a position she has held since 2021.

Nondini is an EMEA Sales Director at Polen Capital located in London, UK.  In this role, Nondini is responsible for business development in the UK, Ireland and South Africa, assisting institutional clients namely with long-only equity investment strategies.  Polen Capital is a Boca Raton-based investment manager with a long and successful history of managing US and Global equity strategies.

Previously, Nondini was a Sales Director at RBC Global Asset Management, namely covering institutional clients in the UK and Nordic regions.  Before starting her career in asset management, Nondini worked as a Chartered Accountant in various audit-related roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and BMO Financial Group, in Toronto. 

Nondini is a graduate of the MBA Program at Ivey Business School at Western University, Class of 2013. She is married with two young children and her passions include playing tennis, reading and travelling.
