Zabeen Hirji: Is the future of work a workplace for everyone?
Watch the full recorded broadcast above.
We recently spoke with Zabeen Hirji, Executive Advisor at Deloitte Canada, for a video podcast featuring Ivey Academy faculty member Gerard Seijts.
In this broadcast
Gerard and Zabeen discuss the ways that "work" is changing and may have already changed. In the wake of global disruption, Canadian leaders and organizations should prepare for a future of work that is more inclusive, diverse, and accomodating.
"All of the different sectors need to come together - business, government, academia, not-for-profits; how we collaborate and elevate ourselves as a country will be the key determining factor in whether we can build a future of work - that works for all."
