INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING THE PROGRAM ID
  1. This can only be retrieved after the program has been created in Salesforce.
  2. Go to the Programs tab in Salesforce. 
  3. Either using the dropdown filters, or by doing a search from the top search bar, find the program you are creating the application form for. Click on that program.
  4. On the Program record page, there is a field called CASESAFEID.
  5. Copy that ID. Click on the Program ID field above and click on Options in the bar that pops up.
  6. In the default value section of the left hand toolbar, replace the text "SALESFORCE PROGRAM ID HERE" with the ID you copied from Salesforce.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING THE PRICEBOOK ID
  1. This can only be retrieved after the program has been created in Salesforce.
  2. Go to this opportunity record in Salesforce - https://ivey.my.salesforce.com/0061Y00000mGiSO
  3. In the Programs section along the right side of the page, click on the little arrow and click on Add Programs (DO NOT CLICK ON CHOOSE IVEY PROGRAM BOOK as this should stay set to the Standard Price Book). 
  4. Search for and select the program you are creating the registration form for. 
  5. Click Next
  6. Leave the Line Description blank, add 1 to the Quantity field and click save.
  7. When you are taken back to the Test Opportunity, click on the program name and this will open the Opportunity Product record. (You should see Opportunity Product in small text above the program name in the top left corner).
  8. On the page that pops up, there will be a field called Pricebook Entry ID. Copy that ID.
  9. Click on the Pricebook ID field above and click on Options in the bar that pops up.
  10. In the default value section of the left hand toolbar, replace the text "SALESFORCE PRICEBOOK ID HERE" with the ID you copied from Salesforce.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING THE FORM ID
  1. After you have renamed this form and saved it as a new version, copy the 7 digit number at the end of the url in your browser and paste it into the default value field for this form. 
  2. Alternatively, you can right click on the little icon in the left hand column of this page that looks like a cloud with an arrow inside and open that in a new tab. In the top section of the page that opens, there will be the public link to the form which will have the 7 digit number you need to use at the end of that link. 
  3. This is also the number you will use to paste into Umbraco for the iveyacademy.ca website to be able to link to the proper form for registrants to access.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPDATING THE CORPORATE DISCOUNT CODES
  1. In the discount eligibility section below, click on the field that says "Please provide your corporate discount code." 
  2. In the actions bar that pops up, click on Options.
  3. In the left hand column, expand Validation Rules if it is not already expanded. 
  4. In the section field "Validate with a regular expression", change the codes available for this program registration to the current codes.
  5. Format of codes should be as follows: /DISCOUNTCODE1|DISCOUNTCODE2|DISCOUNTCODE3/ 
Please note discount code validation is case sensitive, so, if you want to allow upper and lower case versions of the codes, you need to make sure all variations are included in the list.

Terms and Conditions

Up To 46 Days Before Program Start

Cancellation: You will receive a full refund of the program fee.
Transfer: You may transfer to the next available session with no transfer fee.

From 45 Days Up To 16 Days Before Program Start
Cancellation: You will be refunded 50% of the program fee.
Transfer: You will be charged an additional transfer penalty equal to 20% of the program fee.

Within 15 Days Of The Program Start
Cancellation: You will not be refunded.
Transfer: You will be charged an additional transfer penalty equal to 50% of the program fee.

Substitution
A participant can be substituted on the same program session without incurring any fees. The substitute needs to apply and be admitted. Note: Once you have paid the program fee, if you intend to transfer but do not attend another program within 24 months of initial registration, you will forfeit the program fee.

Program Cancellation Policy
Occasionally, The Ivey Academy must postpone or cancel programs due to lower-than-threshold enrolments or extraordinary circumstances (weather, program facilitator illness, etc). If a program is postponed or cancelled due to low enrolment, The Ivey Academy will notify the program participants no less than two weeks prior to the program start date.

If a program is postponed or cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances, The Ivey Academy will inform the participants by the most appropriate means at our earliest opportunity. The Ivey Academy will make reasonable accommodations for the participants if a program is postponed or cancelled. Reasonable accommodation is defined as and limited to repayment to the participants for cancellation charges for pre-paid travel and accommodations, upon proof of payment dated prior to the program cancellation date. Program participants will be automatically enrolled into the next available program session, but may choose a tuition credit and/or refund if they are not able to attend the next available session.

The Ivey Academy – Professional Code of Conduct

As members of The Ivey Academy (IA) family and the wider Ivey Business School community, faculty, clients, program participants and staff members are expected to comply with The Ivey Academy Professional Code of Conduct. The objective of this Code is to promote both a work and learning environment, which adhere to the highest standards of integrity and conduct.

6. Promote the physical safety of all members within The Ivey Academy community, and to respect and follow required health guidelines.

7. Create an environment of psychological safety where expressing opinions, taking risks and making mistakes is a healthy part of every learning opportunity. By promoting psychological safety within The Ivey Academy, we unleash resilience, motivation, open-mindedness and persistence.
  
8. Regard the virtual learning environment, including courses, activities and events, with the same respect as in-person sessions. Attendance, engagement and participation are to be treated as a priority to ensure the highest quality educational experience.

9. Respect the confidentiality of materials shared during program preparation and delivery and to adhere to copyright, where applicable. To ensure the materials, data and the real and intellectual property of others are not used for academic, commercial or personal gain without prior permission of the copyright owners or content originators.  

10. Maintain a professional demeanor while attending off-site social events and exercising personal responsibility in upholding the values of integrity and respect while representing The Ivey Academy in the community. This includes the responsible and reasonable consumption of alcohol, where applicable.
 
We expect everyone to do their best to uphold all that is encapsulated here. However, unwillingness to comply with the IA Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary or legal action by The Ivey Academy, Ivey Business School or Western University.
