Purpose and Impact

How do you motivate and inspire a high-performing team?

The workplace is evolving, and collaboration is more critical than ever for innovation and performance. However, many leaders struggle to break down the barriers preventing their teams from thriving. Empowering People and Teams is a three-day immersive learning experience designed to help leaders create more effective, high-performing teams.

Participants will engage in interactive simulations, peer discussions, and real-world case studies to develop practical strategies for empowering teams. With an approach focused on decentered leadership, participants will learn to empower their teams by redistributing decision-making, amplifying individual strengths, and fostering a more compassionate workplace.

Working closely with Ivey Business School faculty and peers, you will leave the program with the tools to reduce individual barriers, improve collaboration, and drive performance, enabling your teams to thrive at work.
