The Ivey Advanced Impact Project is focused on a real-world challenge or opportunity in your role at work. Working one-on-one with an expert Ivey Leadership Coach, you will apply your learning, address Critical Issues for your organization, and drive measurable change. Completing a project is required to earn the Advanced Impact Certificate.

Questions about Certificates
We recommend that participants complete their learning pathway within 12 months of their first program experience. Existing alumni of programs may apply previous learning credentials earned with Ivey towards certificates until May 1, 2026.
Workshops and programs are available on a rotating basis. Programs are offered throughout the year in Calgary, Banff, London, Toronto, and online. Click here to contact us and receive a notification of new dates for specific programs.
You can earn your Advanced Impact Certificate by combining programs and workshops according to the requirements outlined on our Certificates page. Programs can be completed in any order, and optional offerings can be selected individually at your own pace.
