Victoria Eastwood is a certified Executive Coach (PCC) with a distinctive blend of experience in software development and executive coaching. She founded a consulting company in 1987, where she gained over 25 years of experience, including roles as VP of Engineering at four software product startups and leading a successful consulting firm. During this time, she led the development of innovative software solutions for top financial and telecom companies like RBC, Bell Canada, and CIBC.

Victoria has since transitioned to focus exclusively on executive coaching, rebranding her services as Insync Executive Coaching & Clarity in Complexity. With over a decade dedicated to coaching and more than 400 clients served globally, she excels in fostering innovation, strategic thinking, and adaptability among leaders. Her coaching style is characterized by thoughtful, provocative inquiries and a lighthearted approach, helping leaders tackle complex challenges and enhance their capacity for growth.

Her methodology incorporates advanced tools such as design thinking, systems thinking, and adult development. Victoria holds certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF PCC), Marshal Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, and is an Ivey-Certified Executive Coach, contributing to the Ivey Academy Programs for five years.
