Sherri Preszcator

Sherri Preszcator is the Founder and Principal of Preszence Executive Coaching and Business Consulting. With over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and senior leader in public health, education, finance, and insurance, Sherri expertly guides clients through personal and professional development. She engages deeply with her clients, helping them gain insights into themselves, their teams, and their businesses to craft tailored plans that drive success.

Sherri's approach combines deep exploration of possibilities with practical action planning. Known for her passion in helping individuals realize their potential, she uses an investigative approach to help clients harness their natural strengths and articulate a clear vision for the future. This enables the creation of straightforward, actionable plans that achieve positive outcomes.

In addition to her real-world leadership experience, Sherri has also contributed academically as a part-time faculty member at Western University's School of Health Science and led research projects at the Ivey Business School's Center of Health Innovation. She holds a BHSc from Western University, an advanced certification in Brand Strategy from the Schulich School of Business, and has developed her coaching expertise with certifications from CTI, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and as an Ivey-Certified Executive Coach. Sherri began her coaching journey as a certified health coach through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and has continuously evolved her practice to meet the needs of executives and leadership teams.
