Randah McKinnie

Randah McKinnie has spent 25 years working in software and technology, with a focus on innovation. As a software executive, she most recently built product teams from scratch at two growth-stage startups, following a career in Silicon Valley and Toronto where she conceived and brought to market numerous successful new products. Throughout her career, Randah has been an active mentor and coach to her teams and fellow leaders working in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design. 

As a thought leader and catalyst for transformation, Randah is equally comfortable in several environments: the boardroom, the presentation stage, the classroom, virtual meeting rooms, and one-on-one both coaching and learning. As a lifelong competitive athlete and backcountry enthusiast, Randah can also be found at the gym, in the pool, or on the trails by a lake.
