Nick Doulias

Nick Doulias is the CEO of Activation Point Coaching & Consulting, which partners with executives, leaders, and teams to achieve their peak potential and performance with purpose, clarity, and passion. In addition, Nick has over 28 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist, 18 years of leadership with one of the world’s largest retailers, and 9 years in executive government. Most recently, he was Executive Director of the Saskatchewan Drug Plan and Extended Benefits Branch for over 6 years and led a team of over 60 people through the most challenging and transformative times during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nick has now fully turned his attention to his executive and leadership coaching and consulting business in order to maximize his ability to leverage his passion and purpose to help others achieve their greatness.  His 28 years of experience leading teams to achieve success in challenging environments shines through in his approach as an executive and leadership coach. Nick’s inspiring life transformation has included losing 100 pounds, completing multiple marathons, 3 Ironman Triathlons, competitive bodybuilding, Strongman competitions, and now Spartan racing.

Nick is a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University and holds an Advanced Coaching Certification from the Ivey Business School at Western University.  He also holds certifications as a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach and Trainer, Mental Game Coaching Professional, Legacy Leadership Facilitator, and Positive Intelligence Coach. In addition, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
