Michèle Soregaroli

Michèle is co-founder and partner in Transformational Catalyst Corp., a Vancouver based coaching company serving SME founders, entrepreneurs, business owners and solo practitioners in professional services. She has over 30 years of entrepreneurship experience, including door-to-door sales, professional cold calling, real estate (ownership, investment, residential sales), and financial advisory services. Over the past 20 years, Michèle has delivered high-impact solutions leveraging her professional expertise in differentiation strategy, value propositions, competitive positioning, and creating market advantage.

Michèle is committed to equipping influencers with powerful perspectives that help them expand their impact, and reach new levels of success and fulfillment - beyond bottom line profit, public recognition, and peer accolades. Her work is focused on supporting leaders to grow their business by leveraging their individuality and making their business authentically great for the world, in their own vision, on their own terms. She has extensive experience coaching primarily SME founders and entrepreneurs, C-Suite executives, and senior level managers in professional services organizations to achieve their individual and business goals.

Michèle is certified as an Ivey LIFT Coach (The Ivey Academy at Western University), and is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC). She has also has held credentials (currently inactive) as a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Investment Manager, Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute and a Real Estate License.

Michèle is an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Women’s Executive Network (WXN), Social Venture Institute (SVI), Entrepreneurs Organization (EOA), Forbes Coaches Council, and is a volunteer mentor with the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE).
