Specializing later in his career as a Human Resources Executive, Ernie led HR teams across Canada, enhancing organizational capabilities and employee engagement.
Ernie holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from The University of Western Ontario and has pursued continuous professional development, including the HR Executive Development Program at the Rotman School of Business. He is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation through the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
