Chantelle is the Founder and Principal of Inflection Point Coaching and Consulting.
Empowering leaders and teams have been the core of her work for over 2 decades and is the mission of Inflection Point Coaching & Consulting. Chantelle provides strategic talent management expertise, advancement consulting services and 1:1 leadership coaching. Services include facilitated team workshops and keynote presentations.
Chantelle has developed deep, unique expertise through leadership roles at pre-eminent law firms and the University of Toronto. Over 22 years she has designed and led a robust range of talent management programs, including hiring, performance management, compensation, coaching and mentoring in high-performance environments. She also led remarkable institutional revenue results as an Assistant Dean and Assistant Vice President at U of T.
Recognized for an insightful, empowering, results-oriented approach, Chantelle supports clients to reach their tremendous potential – organizationally and individually.
Prior to establishing Inflection Point, Chantelle was the Assistant Vice President of Divisional Relations at the University of Toronto. She was responsible for talent management initiatives for 400+ advancement staff campus-wide and major gift revenue results of $150 million+ annually. From 2000 – 2014, Chantelle held progressive leadership roles at “7 Sister” Canadian law firms, including as the firmwide Director of Professional Development at Davies LLP. This role encompassed leading substantive, practice management and business development programming for hundreds of lawyers and law students across the Toronto, Montreal, and New York offices.
Chantelle is an Ivey LIFT Advanced Certified Coach, Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) through Essential Impact (recognized by the International Coaching Federation); an authorized Partner for Everything DiSC and a Motivation Factor Certified Practitioner (MFCP). She is currently on the coaching roster for 6 leading Canadian law firms and is working with other private and public clients on consulting and 1:1 leadership coaching mandates.
Chantelle has 2 wonderful sons (aged 22 and 17) and has been a working mom throughout her career. She lives in the Toronto Beach neighbourhood with her husband, sons, and their dog Enzo. Chantelle loves nature, fitness, and travel - spending a lot of time hiking with friends, practising yoga and enjoying HIIT workouts.
