Catharine Larkin is an Executive Coach and Senior Advisor with extensive experience working with senior leaders and their teams in professional development, team functioning, interpersonal dynamics, and succession planning. Before joining the Ivey Academy, Catharine spent over 25 years as a Partner, Consultant, and Coach at leading Canadian Human Capital firms including MICA Management, Knightsbridge, and LHH.
Throughout her consulting career, Catharine has collaborated with a diverse range of industries and globally recognized brands such as Air Canada, CIBC, Coca-Cola, Four Seasons Hotel, Nestle, McKinsey, PCL, Rotman, and Sick Kids. Known for her sharp business acumen and deep insights into human behavior, Catharine combines straightforward communication with empathy to provide impactful coaching.
Catharine holds multiple coaching certifications from the ICF, Executive Core, and MCEC, and has a Certificate in Meditation and Psychotherapy. She has completed advanced coaching studies at Harvard with a focus on the Science of Coaching Psychology and co-authored an MBTI manual for trainers. As an Ivey Certified Coach, Catharine contributes to both custom and open enrollment programs at the Ivey Academy.
