About Event

It has long been debated whether leaders are born or made, but the question that really matters is how do leaders learn? Leaders from both camps – natural ability and nurtured – have been known to fail to live up to their potential. Although there are no silver bullets for becoming a good leader, the leaders from Good Leaders Learn: Lessons From Lifetimes of Leadership, share several common elements on their leadership journeys. This interactive interview-format discussion, moderated by Good Leaders Learn author Gerard Seijts, will reveal their indispensable lessons on learning to lead and why their commitment to learning and leadership lasts a lifetime.

Topics You Will Explore

  • Risking or taking chances to learn and to lead;
  • Mentoring or learning from other leaders and role models; and
  • Having the capacity to see and understand the big picture.
